Managing Your Subscription
Upgrade or Downgrade
Go to Settings → Billing in your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the billing cycle.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.
Invoices
Invoices are emailed automatically each billing cycle and available in Settings → Billing → Invoice History.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
AI Credits
AI features (content generation, model suggestions, translations) consume AI credits. Credits reset monthly on your billing date.

You can purchase additional AI credits at any time from Settings → Billing → Buy Credits.
