Contessa provides an AI-powered headless content management system (CMS) that enables users to:

• Create and manage content models and entries
• Generate content using AI-powered tools
• Access content via GraphQL and REST APIs
• Manage multi-tenant workspaces
• Integrate with third-party services via webhooks
• Collaborate with team members

We strive to maintain high availability and performance, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To use Contessa, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You agree not to use Contessa to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Upload or distribute malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Engage in unauthorized access or security breaches
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Generate or distribute spam, phishing content, or misleading information
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our platform
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

Contessa uses artificial intelligence to assist with content generation. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before use
• You retain ownership of content you create using our AI tools
• You grant us a license to use your content to improve our AI models and services
• We do not claim ownership of your content or AI-generated outputs

Contessa offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All payments are processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe)
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Contessa, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

You retain all rights to your content. We will not share, sell, or distribute your content without your permission, except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

Contessa and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Contessa.ai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or software without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Contessa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your content
• Any third-party conduct or content on the service
• Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may export your content before termination. We are not obligated to retain your data after account termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Contessa.ai operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
